CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for us to perform the services. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Start-ups/Entrepreneurs: Payment is due in full upon project commencement.
• Small to Large Businesses: 50% deposit upon project commencement, remaining 50% upon project completion.
• Big Companies: Custom payment terms as agreed upon in the contract.

REVISIONS AND CHANGES

We offer up to two rounds of revisions for each project. Additional revisions or changes requested beyond this will incur additional charges.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables will be transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared with us will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Design Peach will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of any services rendered up to the date of termination.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
